1. Introduction
Welcome to Poplab.io! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and design services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services
Poplab OÜ provides design services, including but not limited to:
- Product Design
- UX/UI Design
- User Research
- Web & Mobile Development
- Design System & UI Kit creation
- Branding & Identity design
4. Service Engagement
4.1. Project Scope: All design projects will be defined by a clear scope of work agreed upon in writing before commencement.
4.2. Revisions: Unless otherwise specified, our service includes a reasonable number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4.3. Delivery: We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
4.4. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content, and approvals to ensure project progress.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final deliverables, except for any third-party materials incorporated into the designs.
5.2. Portfolio Rights: Poplab OÜ reserves the right to display and link to completed client projects as part of our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5.3. Preliminary Designs: Poplab OÜ retains all rights to preliminary designs not selected for final production.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. Fees: Our fees are as quoted in the project proposal or as per our published rates for subscription services.
6.2. Invoicing: Invoices are issued according to the agreed payment schedule and are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified.
6.3. Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and projects. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement can be provided upon request.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
8.2. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Poplab OÜ’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or service.
9.2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
10.2. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Estonia.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
