Short answer: Not if you book smart.

I take on 3–5 simultaneous projects max. Each sprint is 2–5 weeks. I book 12 weeks in advance to prevent bottlenecks. For larger engagements or ongoing retainers, I bring in vetted contractors (designers, developers, copywriters) who work to my process and quality standards.

Transparency: You’ll always know who’s doing what, and I remain the strategic lead on your project.
