Vibe-Coded MVP Design Polish Sprint

Pre-Seed to Seed · $3,499 · 6 Business Days · Fixed Scope

Your MVP works. It just doesn’t look like it’s worth paying for yet.

Built with Lovable, Bolt, v0, or Cursor? These tools get you a working product fast — but they make local design decisions with no system behind them. The result: inconsistent spacing, mismatched components, a “demo, not product” feel that undermines trust right when you need investors or early users to believe in it. This sprint doesn’t touch your backend or your code logic. It fixes what people actually see.

Traditional agencies want to rebuild your product from scratch. You don’t need a rebuild. You need someone to make it look like what it already is — a real product, not a prototype.

This is for you if

  • You built your MVP in Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, or similar and it works, but looks inconsistent screen to screen
  • You have a demo, investor meeting, or launch coming up and the current UI doesn’t match the quality of what you’ve actually built
  • Users or advisors have said some version of “it looks unfinished” even though functionality is solid
  • You don’t need a rebuild — you need a design pass on what’s already there

Not the right fit? If your MVP has real users but is generating support tickets or drop-off from confusing flows (not just visual inconsistency), you probably need a Design Audit instead. If you haven’t built anything yet, start with the 0→1 Product Launch Package.

The problem

AI tools ship fast, but nobody art-directed the output. Lovable, Bolt, v0, and Cursor are extraordinary at getting you from nothing to something in days. What they don’t do is enforce a consistent design system across every screen they generate — so every new feature introduces slightly different spacing, colors, button styles, and component patterns. Individually, each screen looks fine. Together, the product feels stitched from different apps.

Typical symptoms:

  • Buttons, cards, and inputs that look “close enough” but don’t quite match from screen to screen
  • Colors and type that drift slightly across features, because the AI made a new local decision each time
  • A layout that works but doesn’t communicate brand, quality, or trust at a glance
  • Founders hesitating to send the product link to investors or press because it “isn’t ready to be seen yet”
  • No time or design skill in-house to fix it without slowing down shipping velocity

This sprint turns that inconsistency into a unified, coherent visual layer — without touching your working code logic.

What you get

DeliverableWhy it matters
Visual audit of your current build (up to 10 screens)Identifies every inconsistency in spacing, color, type, and components before anything is changed
Unified design token pass (color, type, spacing, radius)Gives your product one visual language instead of a dozen local decisions
Re-skinned key screens (onboarding, core flow, pricing/landing)Fixes the screens investors and new users see first — the ones that matter most
Component consistency passButtons, cards, inputs, and nav aligned to one pattern across the product
Figma-to-code handoff notesWritten so you (or your next Cursor/Lovable prompt) can implement the changes directly
Loom walkthroughExplains every change and why it matters, no meeting required

Why a polish sprint beats a rebuild

You don’t need to start over. You need someone to finish what the AI started.

How it works

Day 1 — Audit
Share access to your live product (or Lovable/Bolt/v0/Cursor project). I map every inconsistency across up to 10 screens — spacing, color, type, components.

Days 2–3 — Token & Component Pass
Define one consistent set of design tokens and component patterns across the product, based on what’s already there (not a brand overhaul).

Days 4–5 — Re-skin Key Screens
Apply the unified system to your highest-visibility screens: onboarding, core flow, pricing or landing page.

Day 6 — Handoff
Figma file with before/after screens, implementation notes, and a Loom walkthrough you can hand to yourself or your next AI coding session.

Proof

  • 31% increase in paid upgrades + 28% higher sign-up completion (LettsArt) — proof that visual and flow consistency directly moves activation and revenue, not just aesthetics
  • 40% reduction in first-session drop-off (AI VentureFactory) — achieved by removing friction and confusion from a product’s first-impression screens, the same screens this sprint targets
  • ~60% faster design-to-prototype cycle (AI VentureFactory) — proof that AI-native workflows can compress what used to take weeks into days, applied here to polish instead of new builds

Every founder who’s delayed sending their product link to an investor because “it’s not ready to be seen” has a design problem, not a product problem.

FAQ

Will this touch my code or backend logic?
No. This is a design-only sprint. We work from your existing product and hand back Figma files plus implementation notes — your engineering (or your next AI coding session) applies the changes.

What if my MVP has more than 10 screens?
The sprint covers your highest-visibility screens (onboarding, core flow, pricing/landing). Additional screens can be added at a per-screen rate or rolled into a follow-up Design System sprint.

Do you need access to my Lovable/Bolt/v0/Cursor project?
Access to the live product or a shared project link is enough. Code repo access isn’t required for this sprint.

What if I need ongoing design support after this?
This sprint fixes what exists today. For an underlying reusable system as you keep building, see the Design System for Startups sprint or the Retainer Partnership.

How is this different from the Design System AI-Readiness Audit?
The Audit scores whether your system is legible enough for AI agents to build on and gives you a fix roadmap. This sprint is the fix itself — hands-on restyling of your key screens, not a scored report.
