You might be surprised to hear this, but Poplab is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, Dorian Tireli, founder of Poplab. For specialized requests—such as animations, video, or custom illustrations—I collaborate with a trusted network of experienced designers. Additionally, I leverage advanced AI agents to support ideation, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output, delivering cutting-edge results with a personal touch.

How does the subscription pause feature work?

We understand that your design needs can vary from month to month. If you find yourself with just a few design requests or need to take a break, our pause feature has you covered. Here’s how it works: Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let’s say you’ve been using the service for 11 days, and you decide to pause your subscription. In this case, your billing cycle will be temporarily halted, and you’ll retain 20 days of service to use at your convenience in the future. This flexibility ensures that you only pay for the design work you need when you need it.

How do payments and invoices work?

Invoicing for Poplab Unlimited subscription plans is designed for your convenience. We offer two payment methods: Stripe and Bank transfer. Your invoice will be generated based on the country where you are located. VAT (Value Added Tax) will be calculated and included in the invoice total in accordance with the applicable tax laws. It’s important to note that if you have a valid EU VAT number, we will not charge VAT on your invoice.

Do you offer onsite meetings at our location?

Absolutely, we can arrange onsite meetings at your preferred location, whether it’s at your offices or another designated venue. However, please keep in mind that any costs related to travel, accommodation, and other expenses incurred by our team for onsite meetings will be invoiced separately. We are committed to working closely with you to ensure that the meeting arrangements align with your project requirements. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss and schedule an onsite meeting.

Is there any design work you don’t cover?

Poplab Unlimited does not cover the following design work:

  • Advanced 3D modeling & CAD projects
  • Large-scale animation or video production
  • Custom illustration (complex or hand-drawn artwork)
  • Complex packaging engineering or prototyping
  • Full-stack coding & app/web development
  • HTML5/interactive ad development
  • Long-form copywriting or editorial content
  • Video shoots (on-location filming) & professional photography
  • Printing, physical delivery, or fabrication services
Where do you source design assets?

At Poplab Unlimited, we ensure high-quality designs by incorporating assets sourced from reputable free libraries, as well as leveraging generative AI to create unique visual elements. Clients are also welcome to provide their own assets if they have specific brand materials or imagery they’d like included, ensuring every project is both distinctive and aligned with your vision.

While we primarily use free design assets to keep costs transparent and accessible, we can certainly incorporate paid design assets if you prefer. Please keep in mind that any costs associated with paid assets will be invoiced separately, ensuring full clarity in your billing.
